Refrigeration Engineer - Southeast & Kent

Up to circa £46,000 + Door-to-Door Travel

An established and well-regarded contractor is looking to add a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to their growing team across the Southeast and Kent. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across varied, large-scale environments and wants stability, flexibility, and a strong package.

You’ll be working primarily on HFC refrigeration systems across food production and distribution sites, carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive works. The role offers a consistent 40-hour working week with door-to-door travel, ensuring you’re paid from the moment you leave home.

The role:

• Service, maintenance, and fault finding on HFC-based refrigeration systems
• Working across food production and distribution environments
• Ensuring high standards of compliance and safety
• Delivering excellent service to clients on-site

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in commercial refrigeration (HFC systems)
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• F-Gas qualified
• CO2 and ammonia experience beneficial but not essential

This is an ideal role for an engineer who wants a solid, straightforward position focused on HFC systems, without the requirement for specialist CO2 or ammonia experience.
