The Role

This is a dynamic and varied position where you’ll play a key role in maintaining both machinery and site facilities to the highest standards. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Conduct daily site walkarounds, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently
• Work on a range of machinery including flow wrappers, industrial washing systems, and ovens
• Take ownership in implementing and driving the site’s CMMS system, ensuring best practices and completion
• Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager as part of a supportive and growing team

The Candidate

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive engineer who:

• Holds a recognised engineering qualification
• Is confident working independently as well as collaboratively
• Has strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Brings energy, reliability, and a drive to improve site performance
