Cloud Data Engineer - Snowflake/Python/SQL

A leading London Market Insurance organisation is seeking two experienced Data Engineers to play a key role in the evolution of its modern data capability. These are high impact, hands on engineering roles within a growing data function, offering the opportunity to shape data best practice and contribute directly to the build out of a next generation cloud data platform.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team working closely with senior stakeholders and existing engineers to enhance and expand the Snowflake based data estate. This team has already delivered significant success, including the organisation’s first Snowflake built Data Warehouse, your work will continue this momentum while supporting new greenfield initiatives.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if:

• You have experience building and maintaining modern data platforms within the insurance sector
• You bring strong hands on engineering capability across Python and SQL
• You have experience working with Snowflake

There is also future opportunity to step into a Team Lead role, overseeing two mid level engineers.

This is a permanent opportunity paying £80,000 + bonus, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in central London
