Enterprise Architect - C4 Architecture Experience - 3 months Rolling Contract - Inside IR35 - 600 Euros Currently working with a leading international client that are seeking an Enterprise Architect with C4 Modelling Experience. Essential Experience 10-15 years of hands-on experience in enterprise, solution, or technical architecture roles, with recent time spent as an Enterprise Architect. Demonstrable, practical experience applying the C4 model on real engagements - not only theoretical familiarity. Portfolio examples or prior artefacts will be requested. Proven delivery experience in the Consumer Goods and/or Retail sector, with strong understanding of the domain's core capabilities (eg commerce, supply chain, merchandising, CRM/loyalty, store operations, or data and analytics). Fluency with modelling tooling such as Structurizr, Lucidchart, draw.io, PlantUML, Mermaid, or equivalent, with a pragmatic approach to tooling choice. Strong grasp of integration patterns, API design, event-driven architectures, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills, with a track record of communicating architecture effectively to senior non-technical audiences. Experience producing architecture artefacts that are actually used and maintained by client teams after handover.
