Bench IT require an experience L2 Network Engineer to join a large firm starting ASAP. The engineer will be working from Broxbourne 2-3 days with the remaining time in the field - this will be travelling to sites in the South/South East. Any travel will be expensed or a company van provided as applicable.

• Configure network equipment. (FortiGate Routers & Switches, Extreme Networks WAPs)
• Install network equipment in comms cabinet and patch in desks
• Configure printers & plotters
• Setup AV meeting room equipment (Poly Studio webcams, G9 & TC10 conference PC’s)
• Onsite & remote troubleshooting and maintenance of all the above for site performance issue and site downs
• Liaising with site teams and 3rd party suppliers to schedule visits and installations
• Updating of site documentation and logs
