HVAC Engineer (Service & Maintenance)

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm
• 1 in 4 call-out rota

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing business delivering high-quality building services across the commercial sector.

This is a service and maintenance-focused role, where youll be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems are operating efficiently across a range of client sites. The role is predominantly HVAC, with around 90% mechanical/HVAC work and 10% air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across heating, ventilation, and associated plant
• Minor works and reactive maintenance when required
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service on client sites

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience working as an HVAC Engineer within the commercial sector
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Relevant HVAC / mechanical qualifications
• Air conditioning knowledge (desirable, not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
