Senior IT Deployment Lead - Q2C (Quote-to-Contract)

Location: EMEA (Remote with occasional travel)

Contract: Long-term freelance/contract

Role Overview

We are supporting a global M edTech/Pharmaceutical organisation on a large-scale transformation programme and are looking for a Senior IT Deployment Lead to support Q2C (Quote-to-Contract) deployments across multiple regions.

This is a key role within the deployment team, responsible for driving rollout activities, ensuring alignment between business and IT, and delivering high-quality solutions across a complex enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and rollout activities across the Q2C process
• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Drive fit-to-template, localisation, and deployment execution
• Ensure alignment with global standards while addressing local business requirements
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, Conga, and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Manage risks, dependencies, and deployment timelines across multiple regions
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in IT project delivery, deployments, or rollouts in complex enterprise environments
• Strong background in Quote-to-Contract (Q2C)/Lead-to-Cash processes
• Proven experience working on global transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in remote, international environments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce and Conga (CPQ/CLM)
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience within pharma, medtech, or life sciences environments
