Role: Software Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Comp: £130,000 P/A + Equity

We’re partnering with a well-funded, early-stage company building at the frontier of agentic AI. They’re creating a new class of intelligent software that can reason, adapt, and act in Real Time-unlocking entirely new ways for businesses to operate and interact with users. The team is sharp, highly ambitious, and moving quickly in a space with huge potential.

What you’ll be doing/what we’re looking for:

• Designing and building scalable Back End systems in a TypeScript-based, service-oriented architecture
• Working across data pipelines, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration to support autonomous or semi-autonomous agents
• Contributing to system design decisions involving databases, caching, and high-performance infrastructure (Postgres, Redis, distributed systems)
• Taking ownership of features end-to-end, with a focus on clean, maintainable code and long-term scalability
