Working remotely, you’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues - ensuring maximum uptime for mission-critical operations. This is more than a helpdesk role - it's an opportunity to work with sophisticated systems, collaborate internationally, and make a real difference to customer operations. What You’ll Be Doing \* Delivering 1st line technical support via the IT Helpdesk \* Taking ownership and tracking incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving issues \* Diagnosing software, system, and hardware-related problems \* Escalating complex issues and supporting 2nd line investigations \* Analysing system reports to identify improvements \* Creating and maintaining knowledgebase articles \* Communicating confidently with customers in high-impact situations \* Collaborating with international teams to ensure system performance \* Occasionally visiting customer sites when remote resolution isn’t possible What We’re Looking For \* Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or similar \* Strong SQL knowledge (essential) \* Experience with Linux systems and tools (essential) \* Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills \* Excellent communication—both written and verbal \* Ability to work independently and take initiative Bonus skills (nice to have): \* Java support/development \* XML, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Bash \* Experience in a commercial support or warehousing environment Ready to take your technical support career to the next level?
