We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support a major drainage package on a long-term infrastructure project in Banbury. This is a 12-month contract with an immediate start, offering competitive day rates. Key Responsibilities: \* Setting out for drainage works including pipelines, manholes, and associated infrastructure \* Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project requirements \* Interpreting technical drawings and providing clear direction to site teams \* Managing and maintaining site records, including as-built surveys \* Coordinating with subcontractors and site management to ensure smooth project delivery \* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Requirements: \* Proven experience as a Site Engineer on drainage or civil engineering projects \* Proficient with setting out equipment (e.g. total station, GPS) \* Strong understanding of drainage systems and infrastructure works \* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately \* CSCS card (essential) \* SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable) \* Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: \* 12-month contract with potential for extension \* Competitive rates between £300 – £400 per shift \* Immediate start on a well-structured, long-term project \* Opportunity to work with an established and reputable contractor If you are a skilled Site Engineer available for your next contract, apply now to secure your place on this project
