About the role
Youll be a key member of our Customer Analytics team, using rich data from both digital and physical touchpoints to shape how we engage, retain and reward our customers.
This is a highly visible role where youll act as a confident voice in the business - translating complex data into clear, commercial insight that drives real impact. Youll work closely with CRM, Marketing and Customer teams, helping to deliver more personalised and profitable customer experiences.
Youll also take on a leadership element, guiding analytical direction, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and supporting the development of more junior analysts.
