Our client is seeking Contract IT Support Engineer to support a Microsoft-focused MSP delivering primarily BAU support and assist with cloud project work. You’ll provide day-to-day IT support while contributing to Microsoft 365 migrations and modern workplace deployments. Working in a small team, you’ll take ownership of tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st/2nd line support via phone and email
• Manage tickets in line with SLAs
• Support Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain backups, monitoring, and endpoint security
• Assist with onboarding and basic infrastructure upgrades

Key Skills

• 3+ years IT support experience (MSP preferred)
• Strong Microsoft 365 admin experience
• Windows server admin
• Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of SharePoint/Intune
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)

Desirable: Any experience in the following Azure, Hyper-V, macOS.
