Digital Marketing Specialist. A global Digital Marketing agency are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is a 100% remote position starting on a temp to perm basis.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will design and deliver engaging, high-impact digital experiences that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable business growth.
This Digital Marketing Specialist role blends UX thinking, AI-powered content creation, and performance marketing expertise to maximise campaign impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation, UX & Experience Design
- Create and optimise engaging digital content, including video, blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media
- Leverage AI tools to generate, refine, and scale content while maintaining brand voice and quality
- Develop effective prompts and workflows for AI-generated content
- Collaborate on UX and customer journey design to improve engagement and conversion
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Use data insights to inform audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies
- Set KPIs and continuously optimise performance to maximise ROI
Automation & Innovation
- Implement AI and marketing automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
- Test new tools, formats (e.g. video), and approaches to enhance campaign performance
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage paid digital channels (Google Ads, PPC, paid social) across the full campaign lifecycle
- Manage budget allocation and forecasting
Collaboration & Growth
- Support PR and broader customer journey initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor a Campaign Executive
The Digital Marketing Specialist will need:
- Proven experience in campaign or demand generation roles (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred)
- Strong content creation skills, including experience with video and AI-assisted production tools
- Understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)
- Strong Google Ads and analytics expertise
- Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and project management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and budgets
The Digital Marketing Specialist will start on a temp to perm basis, 20-24ph depending on experience. The role will progress to a permanent position, likely 45-50k for the right candidate. You will need to supply your own computer whilst temp to perm.
