BAE Systems – Enterprise IT Transformation (Submarines Cyber Work Transfer Project)
Location: Remote – with some travel to Preston and Barrow
Duration: 6 months
Hourly Rate: £52.93 PAYE or £71.45 Umbrella
Hours: 37 Hours per week

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Cyber Security PM to support a critical Cyber assurance work transfer project within BAE Systems.
The role sits within a small transformation team delivering a key IT change programme, moving cyber assurance services into a central Shared Services function. You will support project delivery across planning, governance, requirements, and business change activities.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track project plans and progress
• Support governance, reporting, and delivery assurance
• Manage requirements and ensure traceability through delivery
• Support scope changes and project re-baselining
• Carry out business analysis activities
• Work closely with the Transformation Manager and wider stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis
• Experience working in defence or highly regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills
• Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team

Security Requirements

• SC Clearance required
• UK Defence experience essential
• UK eyes only project – eligibility restrictions apply
