HR, IT or Finance Graduates
£20 per hour | 5-month interim contracts | Birmingham City Centre (office-based, 5 days per week)

We are recruiting a number of interim Graduate Support Officers to join a major ERP implementation programme for a large organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in HR, IT or Finance to gain hands-on experience working on a high-profile, large-scale transformation programme.

The Opportunity

You will be part of a multidisciplinary programme team supporting the delivery of a new ERP system. Working closely with subject-matter experts, project managers and operational teams, you will be involved in supporting the successful implementation and embedding of the new system across the organisation.

About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are recent graduates (or equivalent) in HR, IT, Finance or a related discipline
• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Are confident working with data, systems and Excel
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
• Are proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
• Are available to work full-time (5 days per week) from the Birmingham City Centre office.
• Previous ERP experience is not required — full training and support will be provided.
