⏳ 12 Months Opus is partnered with an early‑stage start‑up embarking on a true 0→1 platform build. They’re looking for a Contract Lead JavaScript Developer to take ownership of the architecture, define the tech stack, and build a high‑performing engineering team from the ground up. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you’ll shape the platform, influence product direction, and be central to discovery through to delivery. Defining and owning the JavaScript-based tech stack
Architecting a scalable, cloud‑native system
Hands‑on development across frontend & backend
Playing a key role in the discovery phase, shaping technical decisions
Driving best practices around architecture, testing, and delivery
Hiring and mentoring engineers + surrounding skillsets as the platform scales
Working closely with founders, product, and stakeholders
