Position: M&E Shift Engineer
Location: Hammersmith Iconic Commercial Building
Hours: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7:00am 7:00pm / 7:00pm 7:00am)
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M&E Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, working within an iconic commercial building in Hammersmith.

The Role Overview

As the M&E Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across all building services systems. Working within a shift team, you will ensure the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems within this prestigious environment.

What youll do:

• Carry out PPMs across electrical and mechanical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues quickly and effectively
• Perform fault finding and diagnostics on M&E systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team

What youll bring to the role:

• Electrical qualifications (essential)
• Good working knowledge of mechanical building services
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively within a shift environment
