You’ll be joining a specialist integration firm delivering luxury smart homes for ultra high net worth clients. These are full estates, multi-level penthouses, private cinemas and complex whole home control systems built with absolute precision. Everything is engineered properly, documented well and delivered to a standard only a handful of teams in the country can match.

They now need a Lead Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the level that everyone else follows.

What you will be doing

• Leading on-site delivery across flagship Residential projects
• Overseeing installs, commissioning and final sign-off of full home automation systems
• Working closely with designers, programmers and project managers to keep each stage moving smoothly
• Mentoring mid-level engineers and raising the overall standard of work
• Being the trusted technical lead clients look to for clarity, confidence and expertise
• Bringing structure and calm to some of the most complex residential systems in the UK

What you need to bring

• Strong Residential or Commercial AV background with the ability to take command of site delivery
• Strong Lutron knowledge
• Idelaly knowledge on Crestron or Control4, and the ability to understand programmed logic and system behaviour
• Solid networking skills, including VLANs, switch configuration and troubleshooting
• A track record of delivering high end projects where tidy infrastructure and proper documentation matter
• Clear communication, client confidence and a problem solving mindset
• The ability to spot issues early and resolve them before they grow

Salary and package

• Up to £52,000 pa basic salary, depending on experience
