The Company

Our client is a market leading FMCG manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager.

The Role

• You will lead the engineering department to ensure efficiency and reliability of the companys manufacturing equipment.
• Will lead CI to help minimise downtime and support productions capabilities.
• Develop and manage maintenance team and functions including project work (CAPEX) and PPMs.
• Will build strong relationship with other business functions.
• You will have health and safety responsibility for your department.
• Ensure departmental KPIs are met and exceeded.
• You will have budget control for your department.
• Responsible for any contractors.

The Person

• You will be time served.
• Must have basic PLC experience.
• 18th edition would be beneficial.
• Previous managerial experience essential.
• Hold a relevant health and safety qualification.
• Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience is preferred.
• Will be happy to work day shift system.
