We’re supporting a well-established business energy support services provider to appoint a TPI Sales Manager, with strong potential to become permanent.
This is a high-impact role for someone able to quickly take ownership and deliver impact, leading a key revenue channel through a period of change.
The Role
- Own revenue, margin and performance across the TPI (broker) channel
- Lead and develop sales teams across account management, new business and pricing
- Manage key broker relationships and drive commercial growth
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and overall performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within TPI / broker / intermediary sales models
- Strong sales leadership with ownership of targets
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Confident engaging at senior / C-suite level
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
