Elvet Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Earthworks Engineer for a business based in the North East. The business are a well-renowned Earthworks and Civil Engineering contractor, working on projects mainly in the North East but there may be times that you would be working further afield. Main Responsibilities: \* Delivery of on-site survey information, including; topographical survey observations and geospatial monitoring observations. \* Ensure setting out and quality assurance of the works is completed in accordance with the contract requirements in a timely manner. \* Management and instruction of Assistant Engineering Surveyors, including briefing and guidance. \* Preparing relevant risk assessments with regards to survey works. Experience Required \* Candidates should have proven experience at Site Engineer level on Earthworks prjects \* Ability to present and process data \* Minimum qualification of HNC/HND, however a construction related degree is preferred \* CSCS, First Aid and Full Driver’s License. \* Previous use of Totalstations and Robotic equipment \* Experience of Drone Surveys/Drone Mapping Remuneration On offer is a package up to £45,000 (dependant on experience) plus a vehicle This is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.
