Salary: £52,000 per annum + Overtime Opportunities

Shift Pattern:Continental Shift (Days & Nights, 7:00am 7:00pm / 7:00pm 7:00am)

The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivatedElectrical Shift Engineerto join a leading facilities team based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential, ongoing training, and clear career progression into supervisory and management positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Working on lighting systems and emergency lighting
• Maintaining and fault-finding on power distribution systems
• Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Working on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across a range of electrical systems
• Working with 3-phase systems
• Carrying out electrical fault finding and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience in a commercial building services environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of building systems including AHUs, FCUs, and fire alarms
• Ability to work effectively as part of a shift team
