Are you an experienced Paint Quality Engineer with a strong background in automotive paint processes and appearance standards?
We are seeking a hands-on professional to support a high-performance automotive manufacturer in delivering flawless paint quality across premium vehicle production. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at their Woking facility, working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to reduce defects, optimise processes, and ensure the highest customer-visible finish.
This role requires full-time on-site presence (5 days per week) to support fast-paced production and shop-floor quality activities.

Role Overview
The Paint Quality Engineer will take ownership of paint quality performance, focusing on defect reduction, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and continuous improvement. You will work hands-on on the shop floor, ensuring that exterior and interior components meet the highest visual standards while keeping processes audit-ready.
Collaboration with Production, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, and Compliance teams will be key to resolving appearance issues and supporting new model introductions.
