What Youll Be Doing: Maintenance Engineer

Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a fast-paced production site
Fault-finding on mechanical and/or electrical equipment
Supporting production by minimising downtime and improving reliability
Completing preventative maintenance tasks to a high standard
Working safely with strict adherence to food industry and H&S standards
Contributing to continuous improvement and sharing best practices with the team

What Were Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

A Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer (essential NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
Electrically or mechanically biased both backgrounds considered
A hands-on Maintenance Engineer with strong problem-solving skills
Someone open to learning, developing, and moving into a multi-skilled role
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset
Willingness to work a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
