D365 Solution Architect

Up to £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

I’m partnered with a leading UK consultancy undergoing significant growth across their Architecture practice. They’re looking for a D365 Solution Architect to join a high-performing team working across complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical depth with architectural leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading solution and architecture design across major D365, Power Platform and Azure-based programmes
• Owning key architecture artefacts: High/Low Level Designs, Roadmaps, Key Design Decisions, and Reference Architectures
• Working closely with engineering teams, providing guardrails, runways and technical leadership
• Operating within agile delivery models: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid
• Taking a consultative role with senior client stakeholders, influencing technology decisions, cost estimates and business cases
• Supporting cross-functional teams, participating in whiteboarding sessions, ideation and collaborative problem-solving
• Applying architecture frameworks and tooling: TOGAF, UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq

What you need

• Strong background in D365, Power Apps and Azure
• Previous hands-on engineering or Dynamics implementation experience
• Confidence operating across at least one architecture domain: Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security
• Experience defining and delivering architecture within structured governance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate ideas clearly using architecture modelling tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (5 years UK residency required)
