Job Title: Account Manager
Location: LS1 - Leeds City Centre
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangements: Hybrid
Contract: Permanent

Overview
We’re looking for a confident Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure they receive exceptional service. You’ll be the main point of contact, managing day-to-day relationships, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage projects and deliverables across multiple accounts
Provide updates, reports, and insights to clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Support contract renewals and proposals

Skills & Experience
2+ years in an account management or client-facing role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data
Experience in agency, SaaS, or B2B environments is a plus

Salary & Benefits
30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
