Principal Level Full Stack Developer - 75% Hands on Development with Ruby & ReactJS / 25% Line Management - reporting directly into the CTO

This is a high-impact role for an architect-level developer who still loves to build. Youll define technical direction, raise engineering standards, and lead from the front-driving innovation, scalability, and engineering excellence across the business.

You’ll be joining a team of 4 software engineers building a cutting edge, tech enabled platform which is trusted by thousands of customers across the UK. They have over 250 staff across the UK.

This role is 2 days onsite in their Berkshire based offices - so you should live commutable to the Berkshire area.
