Our client is growing fast and we’re looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to help deliver impactful, cross‑functional change across the technology, operations and ecommerce teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Delivering projects across tech, operations and ecommerce

* Creating and maintaining essential project documentation (SOPs, process flows, plans, timelines, milestones)

* Tracking risks, progress and dependencies — escalating where needed

* Coordinating input from technical, operational and multifunctional teams

* Ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations across all stakeholders

* Supporting project governance, reporting and documentation of decisions

* Providing visibility of progress against agreed objectives

* Assisting with testing, rollout, implementation, training and readiness activities

* Ensuring change is delivered smoothly and consistently across the business

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

* Experience in project management or delivery support

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams

* Clear, confident communication

* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Desirable:

* Experience delivering technology, systems or operational change

* Familiarity with ecommerce or retail environments

* Exposure to transformation or change programmes

* Experience working alongside technical and functional teams

Leadership Opportunity

You’ll also support and guide a small team of Transformation Executives as part of this role.
