Mechanical Project Manager – Leeds (Nationwide Projects)
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering high-profile projects for tier 1 main contractors. The role is based in Leeds, with projects nationwide, so flexibility to travel when required is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Full project management of mechanical contracts across sectors including MOJ, Healthcare, and Education
*
Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
*
Project planning and programming, ensuring deadlines are met
*
Manage Health & Safety compliance on site
*
Oversee and manage both direct and subcontract labour
*
Control project budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
*
Maintain strong client-facing relationships
Desired Skills & Experience:
*
Proven project management experience in mechanical services, ideally in tier 1 main contractor environments
*
Strong HVAC technical knowledge and qualified in HVAC
*
Hold SMSTS certification and Black CSCS manager’s card
*
Sound financial acumen, able to manage budgets effectively
*
Experience managing both direct and subcontracted teams
*
Ability to travel nationwide as required
