Position: Scrum Master
Location: Wokingham, UK (Office-based)
Contract Type: 6-month Contract
Rate: £420/day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

* Coach teams on Agile practices and Scrum principles.

* Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.

* Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

* Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (velocity, burndown, release forecasts).

* Promote continuous improvement and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

* Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage cross-team dependencies.

Requirements:

* 8–12 years of professional experience, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.

* Proven experience leading Agile teams delivering software or cloud-based solutions.

* Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks (SAFe a plus).

* Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, ServiceNow.

* Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

* Relevant certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Agilist preferred.
