Leading business is looking to recruit an experienced Data Modeller with Snowflake experience to join the growing team.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising scalable data models that support analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence across the organisation.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms, and performance optimisation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement logical and physical data models in Snowflake
• Develop and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data requirements
• Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
• Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations (ELT/ETL)
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are met
• Document data models, definitions, and data flows

Skills/Experience

• An experienced Data Modeller/Data Architect who has worked in a regulated environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Solid understanding of data modelling techniques (dimensional, relational, Data Vault)
• Experience with SQL and query optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Strong Knowledge of development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile environments
