Mobile M&E Engineer Electrical Bias £40,000 to £45,000 Mon to Fri

This is a mobile M&E maintenance role covering a small commercial portfolio. The sites are well maintained and the role suits an engineer who enjoys variety across both electrical and mechanical systems.

The company invests heavily in training and offers strong long term stability with realistic workloads and supportive management.

What Youll Be Doing

• Planned preventative maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
• Reactive fault finding and repairs
• Working on lighting, small power, distribution boards, and electrical systems
• Supporting mechanical plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors
• Completing minor plumbing and building services tasks where required
• Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
• Using CAFM systems to update job sheets and maintenance records
• Participating in the on call rota and responding to urgent faults

What Were Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• AM2
• 18th Edition
• Multiskilled experience across electrical and mechanical building services
• Commercial maintenance background
• Full UK driving licence
• Good reporting and communication skills
