Salary: Up to £50,000 | Monday Friday | 8am 5pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced BOAS Engineer to join a large static site in North West London, maintaining commercial plant and boiler systems within a busy building services environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team on a secure long-term contract, working on a varied portfolio of commercial plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial boiler systems and plant equipment
• Fault finding, servicing and repairs on heating and associated systems
• Monitoring plant performance and ensuring systems operate efficiently
• Carrying out statutory compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the wider engineering team with plant room maintenance

Requirements

• BOAS qualification (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme)
• Strong experience working with commercial boilers and plant equipment
• Background in commercial building services maintenance
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently

Package

• Salary up to £50,000
