A fast growing, purpose led healthcare organisation is looking for a commercially minded CRM Executive to help build and optimise lifecycle communications and customer journeys.

This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of CRM performance in a business investing heavily in digital growth.

The role

• Build and deploy automated customer journeys
• Improve enquiry to booking conversion and reduce drop off
• Segment audiences and use behavioural data to drive engagement
• Write clear, empathetic and conversion focused communications
• Run testing and optimisation activity to improve performance
• Work closely with digital and commercial teams to launch campaigns quickly

About you

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing
• Hands on use of an enterprise email platform
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and customer segmentation
• Proactive, organised and able to work at pace
