Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM. You’ll work with inspiring non-profit clients, delivering high-quality implementations and helping them embrace the next generation of Salesforce marketing tools, including Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and refinement of digital marketing requirements
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client needs
• Produce clear documentation and follow structured delivery processes.

Core Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email, SMS, Web, Automation)
• Proficiency in Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and MobileConnect
• Strong technical skills:
  • SQL for segmentation and automation
  • AMPscript for personalization
  • Server-Side JavaScript for CloudPages and API integrations
• Ability to design Data Cloud models, configure ingestion, identity resolution, and activate segments
• Familiarity with Agentforce Marketing and eagerness to grow expertise
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Fluency in English
