Senior Manager - Business Solution Architect

London (hybrid) - other UK locations available

A global consulting and professional services firm is expanding its Managed Services solutioning capability and is looking for a Senior Manager - Business Solution Architect to help shape and win complex outsourcing and transformation engagements.

Role Overview

You will lead the end-to-end solution design process for managed services opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions are operationally viable, commercially robust and clearly differentiated.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage senior client stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements
• Qualify opportunities and contribute to go / no-go decision processes
• Design operating models, delivery frameworks and transition plans for outsourced services
• Develop high-level solution architecture covering people, process and technology
• Produce compelling client proposals and solution documentation
• Identify risks, assumptions and dependencies within proposed solutions
• Build business cases and ROI models demonstrating value to clients
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and technical teams to shape winning bids

Key Requirements

• Experience designing outsourcing or managed service solutions
• Strong background in operating model design and transformation programmes
• Experience developing transition plans and large-scale service delivery models
• Ability to produce commercially compelling proposals and business cases
• Strong stakeholder engagement across sales, delivery and architecture teams
• Consulting or professional services background preferred
• Public sector exposure beneficial but not essential
