Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an End User Engineer to join a growing global Managed Service Provider (MSP) as they expand their Belfast operations. With exciting growth plans underway, this role offers an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking organisation that provides real opportunities for career progression and technical development. We have placed 9 IT professionals here in the past year, a few have gained permanent positions and promotions, the others extended and are still there. Requirements

• MSP experience
• Strong IT Support experience
• M365 expertise
• Strong end user troubleshooting skills
• Ability to drive proactive improvements - patching, security policies, project planning etc.

Support requests will typically involve complex IT issues, including:

• Strong end user troubleshooting skills
• Windows OS
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Teams
• Email systems
• Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting

The role will also involve:

• Proactive improvements for Security policies
• Patching
• Implementing improvements that drive down overall ticket volumes
