Senior Network Engineers required for a major enterprise undergoing significant transformation across its cloud, security, and hosting platforms. These roles sit within a highly skilled infrastructure and cloud engineering function, supporting both on-prem and cloud-based network services.

You will be responsible for delivering secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions across Check Point Firewalls, Cisco switching/routing, F5 load balancing, and AWS cloud networking. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to senior professionals who can operate confidently across complex hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities include -

Administer and support Check Point Firewalls, including:

• Interface creation
• Routing configuration
• Firewall rule creation and optimisation
• Troubleshooting and policy management
• Configure and support Cisco switching and routing across enterprise LAN/WAN environments
• Manage and maintain F5 load balancers, including VIP creation, iRules, health monitors, and traffic management
• Support and enhance AWS networking, including: Transit Gateways, Security Groups, VPC routing and connectivity
• Collaborate with cloud, hosting, and security teams to ensure seamless hybrid network operations
• Participate in change management, incident response, and problem resolution
• Produce high-quality documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks

You must be able to demonstrate experience across -

• Strong hands-on experience with Check Point Firewall administration
• Proven background in Cisco switching and routing at enterprise scale
• Solid experience with F5 load balancers (LTM essential; GTM a bonus)
• VMWare NSX (routing, DFW)
• Good understanding of AWS networking, including TGW, SGs, routing, and hybrid connectivity
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across multi-vendor environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Senior-level experience in enterprise environments
• Hybrid cloud environments will be beneficial (AWS & VMWare)
