Roles & Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for solutions built on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
• Establish solution patterns, reusable components, and reference architectures
• TOGAF or similar qualification
• Develop and implement Power Platform governance frameworks (environment strategy, DLP policies, security model).

Skills & Experience

7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.

Deep expertise in:

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Power Platform governance & security

Strong understanding of:

• Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus)
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• REST APIs and custom connectors
• Identity & access management (Azure AD/Entra ID)
• Experience implementing ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• API integration to external systems

Domain Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Insurance domain and specialty insurance
• Underwriting workbench or similar experience desirable
• Knowledge of Policy Admin, Claims platform integration
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture patterns and integration design.
