Our client, a leading nuclear technology business, are actively seeking C&I Engineers to join their business.
In this role, you will support the delivery of Control & Instrumentation (C&I) design solutions for projects and work packages related to Core Process Technology (CPT). You will ensure deliverables align with the customer’s functional requirements and agreed project standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Produce detailed technical specifications, including:
Develop control system design specifications and simulation programs
Generate hardware specifications for control systems
Work closely with subcontractors, including reviewing and approving detailed design drawings
Review suppliers’ test specifications and attend factory acceptance tests
Collaborate with section engineers and specialists to ensure successful delivery of engineering requirements
Present technical information during design and technical reviews
Conduct customer-facing presentations, demonstrations of equipment, or software
Analyse plant process, commissioning, and test data to identify performance improvements
Develop and maintain core design standards for control system engineering
Contribute to project proposals, including cost estimates and schedules
Manage project deliverables and provide status reporting to stakeholders
Travel to European suppliers and ETC/customer sites when required
