What youll do

• Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Blue Prism automations.
• Build reusable objects and processes following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, support live bots, and drive ongoing enhancements.
• Translate business processes into slick, efficient automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining top-notch documentation, governance, and change management.

Who you are

• 4+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience expert-level implementation skills.
• Strong track record automating processes across multiple applications.
• Deep understanding of exception handling, scheduling, release management, RESTful APIs, and Webservices.
• Able to explain tech clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points: Agile team experience, exposure to other RPA tools, or software engineering background (C#, C++, Java).
