Your new role
A leading global telecoms organisation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for their Wholesale division. You will define the future-state architecture, shape transition roadmaps, and ensure alignment to Group Architecture standards - directly influencing strategic technology decisions across a major portfolio area. This role requires a blend of enterprise and solution architecture skills, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to work across senior leadership, architecture communities, delivery tribes, and engineering teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience as an Enterprise or Senior Solution Architect.
• Experience directing and guiding architects and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring multiple squads, tribes, and architecture teams together around a unified vision.
• Proven background in architecting digital, customer-facing or cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with APIs and data models.
• Track record creating and maintaining domain roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management expertise.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and align team roadmaps with business demands.
• Worked via Agile ways of working.

Desirable:

• Telecoms industry experience.
• TOGAF certification.
