Marmon Lift Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Lift Engineer to take ownership of a dedicated service route, ensuring lifts are maintained to the highest standards. This is a service- and minor-repair, call-out-based role in Brighton, offering excellent earning potential and long-term progression.

The Lift Engineer Role:

As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for efficiently managing your own service route. You will carry out service and minor repair works on both passenger and goods lifts.

Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance across passenger, goods, and service lifts, as well as associated lifting equipment

*

Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure minimal downtime

*

Accurately report services, repairs, and defects to support continuous improvement and safety standards

*

Complete planned maintenance schedules in line with agreed Service Contracts

Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:

*

Currently working as a Lift Service Engineer, Lift Repair Engineer, or Lift Installation Engineer with 2+ years’ industry experience

*

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline

*

Lives within a commutable distance of Brighton

*

Holds a clean UK Driving Licence
