Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting a Bid Team Manager for a growing organisation within the electronics manufacturing industry, supporting aerospace, defence, industrial and medical sectors.

The Role

You will lead the bid and quotation function, delivering accurate, commercially robust proposals while coordinating engineering, supply chain and operations inputs. The role owns costing models (labour, materials, NRE, CAPEX), risk review, customer liaison and structured handover into NPI.

You’ll also drive performance improvement across quote accuracy, cycle time and reporting, using advanced Excel and BI tools to analyse BOM and cost data.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in electronics/contract manufacturing
• Background in estimating, cost engineering or bid management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Commercially astute with the ability to meet tight RFQ deadlines
• Power BI, ERP/CRM knowledge and experience in regulated sectors are advantageous.
