FP&A Manager - High Growth SaaS - £85,000 to £95,000

Your new company A high growth SaaS business is looking for an FP&A Manager to have full FP&A ownership, ownership over SaaS metrics and be involved in board and investor reporting.

Your new role

• Build and maintain financial models
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Produce board and investor reporting packs
• Benchmark performance against best in class SaaS standards
• Drive automation of reporting and implement FP&A/BI tooling
• Work cross functionally to ensure high quality financial and operational data

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high growth B2B SaaS)
• Expert level modelling skills (Excel/Sheets)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics
• Hands on experience with incentive compensation structures
• Familiarity with FP&A tools, BI platforms, or commission systems
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non finance stakeholders
