We’re looking for a Technical BA to support strategic engineering initiatives, focusing on shared capability, technical enablers and reusable components. This role works across multiple technical teams to define, document and shape services that support feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical discussions to drive the right design and architecture decisions.
• Analyse complex business/technical processes and identify risks, opportunities and lean improvements.
• Map, validate and document requirements; write detailed technical user stories.
• Support discovery, scoping, PoCs and evaluation of technical solutions.
• Engage with Product Managers, DevOps, software/data engineering, architecture and security.
• Ensure shared understanding of requirements across engineering teams.
• Provide authoritative guidance across multiple technical workstreams (SFIA Level 5).

Essential Skills

• Strong technical background with recent experience in software developmenet.
• Skilled at technical stakeholder engagement and problem framing.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, Mural/Lucid.

This is an exciting role in a newly formed engineering-focused team. Stakeholders are mainly engineers; this work is primarily technical focused rather than traditional BA tasks.
