Job Title: Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer
Location: Central London (Zones 13)
Salary: £38,000 £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential landlord areas across Central London.

This role involves working as part of a 3-person foot mobile team, responsible for maintaining 14 sites located within Zones 13, consisting primarily of corporate offices along with two residential buildings.

The Role:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems.
General building services maintenance across electrical systems.
Supporting wider M&E maintenance tasks where required.
Travelling between sites across Zones 13 as part of the mobile engineering team.

Package:

£38,000 £40,000 basic salary
25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Ideal Candidate:

Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred.
Experience working within commercial building services.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
Comfortable working across multiple sites within Central London.
