Location: Antrim
Salary: £43,000 + regular salary reviews
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Day & Evening Shift (No Nights)

A large, well-established manufacturing facility based in Antrim is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join its on-site engineering team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering strong earning potential, structured shifts, and ongoing salary progression - with no night shifts required.

The Role:

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across production equipment
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose and fault-find breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Work with PLC-controlled machinery (fault-finding level)
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Electrical or mechanical qualification (dual-skilled advantageous)
• PLC fault-finding experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
