The Role

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across multiple sites.
Deliver reactive repairs and troubleshooting for various electrical equipment.
Inspect, test, and certify installations according to current safety regulations.
Support broader FM tasks on-site, including basic fabric or mechanical assistance.
Communicate effectively with clients and maintenance teams, ensuring safety and compliance. You

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent certification.
18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance.
Experience in an FM or commercial settings.
Strong fault-finding capabilities and independent working skills.
