Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing renewables company based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working in a client-facing position, managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients.

Oversee project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.

Ensure clear communication between engineering, production, and commercial teams.

Take full ownership of customer requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Skills & Experience Required:

Engineering background or degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar).

Experience in a project engineering or technical coordination role.

Confident and professional client-facing skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
